概要 本研究は律動異常性頭痛症 の存在 と意義を確立す ることを目的 とし,慢 性一次性頭痛 症の臨床 像 と脳波像 との関係 を検索 し,そ の病態生理機構を考察 した.発 作性頭痛症382例 の61%に 脳波異常 がみ られ,そ の波形は発作性徐波 律動異常 と6,7ま たは14c/s陽 性棘波が主であつ た.こ の発作症 の 脳波正常群 と異常群 との臨床像を比較す ると,正 常群では,初 発平均年令25.7才,頭 痛は片側性,眼 症状を伴 うもの,遺 伝素因が多 く,血管 調整薬が有効(81%)で あ り,一 方異常群 では,初 発 平均年令 19.9才 と若 く,頭 痛 の片側性少な く,眩暈 を伴 うもの,脳 疾患 の既往を有す るものが多 く(42%),抗 てんかん剤が有効(82%)で あつた.な お発作中の異常脳 波所見 は増悪 した.以 上 よ り脳波異常を有す る...
